Little Bits of a Little Bit's Life

Maybe they'd have to hold each other when it rose, all organe and full and close. Maybe that's where our romantic notions about the moon first came from. Two people holding each other to keep their hearts from breaking, because everybody they knew was dying in the cold rocks and dust piles a quarter million miles away...

Thanks for the numerous dead-link notes. The photos are back online. Damn capital letters.

In other news, last night was lots of fun. Roomie & I went around Majorstua/Bogstaveien, an expensive shopping district, and Oslo City, a mall which among other intriguing stores includes a nifty home goods store and a Subway. The highlight of the evening though was when she showed me heaven: a grocery store called Centra that sells imported American food. *drools* Now I can get my Ziplocs, Cambell soups, and Raisin Bran! You long for the strangest things when you're abroad :) Also near Centra was a place called Sushi-wok that looks promising, and a cinema called Colosseum that has real sofas in the theater, and the largest viewing screen in Europe. New favorite T-banne stop! :)
