Little Bits of a Little Bit's Life

Maybe they'd have to hold each other when it rose, all organe and full and close. Maybe that's where our romantic notions about the moon first came from. Two people holding each other to keep their hearts from breaking, because everybody they knew was dying in the cold rocks and dust piles a quarter million miles away...

And Huey came down, unto the world, and proclaimed in a loud voice, "UPDATE!" And his will was done accordingly on the second day.

Yes, so I have decided that I do not much like the campus when it is full of people. The summer was very pleasant; I felt like I owned the whole campus because I never had to worry about running into another biker on my way to work or Tresidder or wherever. I also had a tendency to walk places, because I was in no absolute hurry to be anywhere particular at a particular time. Now, there are many people blocking the path to the History Corner and each one of them is late for something. I am beginning to breathe again myself, but I am still much immersed in the hustle and bustle that pervades the Stanford Bubble.

Who would have thought that 13 units (9 academic, 4 dance) would consume so much of my time?

At any rate, I am getting tired of seeing only freshmen. Come visit me in Gavilan 305, or call me up and invite me to lunch or something. I need to get out from this dorm quite frequently apparently. Actually, I think it's withdrawal from the summer. I miss having three other girls around all the time, just hanging out. My single gets lonely.

Also, I am auditioning for three dance groups this quarter. Yay! (I only plan to do one, tbd.) Hope to see lots of you there!! :)
